Wife got settle stattus

My Wife got settle stattus on 01.07.19. Monday
Now, my self, with 5 year non eea permit valid until March 2020, when should I apply for mine settle stattus,,

And what is expected from me when I apply, last night i try to apply via app, but the app was not recognising my 5 year permit..

Please reply..

It seems with each new username you register, you forget the rules too.
