PBS Dependant Extension when Spouse has changed to ILR from Tier 2 General

Hi,

I would very much appreciate any advice regarding a PBS Dependant application for my partner

I had switched to ILR in May 2018 from Tier 2 General

My partner joined me in Dec 2015 as a PBS Dependant and has Dependant visa until Jul 15th 2019, I now need to apply for her extension and have a couple of Questions

I have filled the PBS dependant form and also found out that I need to pay IHS for 3 years but the main question is what are all the documents that need to be submitted ?

Application form only states about a Financial document showing a balance of £630 for the last 90days, is that the only document or are there any other documents needed

I am planning to send

• Bank Statements showing a balance on £630 for last 6months

• My Passport and BRP copy

Could someone please confirm ASAP if there are any additional documents that are required

You also need 2 years evidence in both names of cohabitation.

Do we need some specific documents or a couple of utility bills showing both our names the same address and bank statements with the same address over the last 2 years would be sufficient

You need a selection of 3 to 6 different sources, spread evenly for every 3/4 months, covering the 2 years, ie tenancy agreement, council tax, utilities, official letters etc etc.

Joint names or individual names but for individual names you would need more docs.
