Non EU, UK spouse visa - Payslip from 6 months - company acquired

Post by knewBee » Mon Jul 15, 2019 8:18 pm

my current company has been acquired by another company my next payslip will come from new company
Although my contract and role remain the same, the payslip will show new company name...i have been told this will cause an issue as you have to produce last 6 months payslips from same employer...is this true?
what are my options?
Do I have to wait another 6 months and then apply?
or is there a way like provide a letter from the company to say its been acquired ...

It called tupe which still in the eyes of HO is considered like a new employer where you will have to supply them with 12 months of payslips and bank statements. Easiest for you to wait for 1st month payslip with new employer then add remaining 11 months of last payslips then apply under category B.
