Is the biometrics machine at Cambridge City Post Office working again?

I wasn’t sure where else to post this. I live in Norwich and the closest post office that does biometrics enrolment is in Cambridge. I’ve seen reviews from last year saying that their biometrics machine is broken. They don’t have a phone number that I can call to check if it has been fixed. Does anyone know if it’s working again? I don’t want to waste a trip to Cambridge to be told that their biometrics machine isn’t working.

I’ve applied to the EU settlement scheme as the spouse of an EU citizen. I’m on an Ancestry Visa and applied to the scheme using my biometric residence permit. I’ve received a letter from the home office which says I need to go to a post office with the letter to submit my biometrics. The letter says I won’t be charged for this service.

You would need to contact the branch or find a way to do so or take the risk. Unlikely anyone on the forum can specifically offered a definitive answer on one specific Post Office branch in the UK.
