Website doesn’t work (View and prove your rights)

Hi,
I have sent my postal application as a spouse of a EEA person for PSS. I have a reference number which I am supposed to follow my application process via this link:

But it doesn’t work. Apart from calling Home Office EEA SS Resolution Centre; is there a way to follow it online?
