Tier 2 exemption

Dear all,

I am applying for Tier 2 UK visa General from outside UK (from Germany).
I read that the RLMT exemption is that if you gained a UK Masters degree during your last grant of leave.

In my case, I did receive a degree in UK but after that I left UK and settled in Germany. Now if I want to go back to UK can I request exemption due to my degree? The gap is ten years.

Any advise is appreciated.

Short answer, No. It applies to students currently on tier 4 and switching to tier 2.

Cannot go general way. I found the company where I applied cannot sponsor me.

The ICT question was related to the current company I work for. It is only transfer for a fixed duration and after that I come back.
