Can you Study on a Startup Visa

I am an incoming Commercial Law LLM student and a law grad. I was thinking of going on a start up visa after my masters because I have a business idea which I wanted to develop. However I also wanted to do the LPC which is a 9month professional vocation course. I am aware that I can work on the startup visa, but can I study too? I would like to complete the LPC on a fulltime basis. I would also like to register the business and start developing it. Both of which i cannot on another tier 4. So please help ?

You need permission to study.

It actually says study is permitted, how you will need permission if it is a ATAS course. Thanks anyways
