Applying ILR before the 28 days

Hi all.
Today it will be 4 years 11months and 11 days for me to be on the Tier 2 visa.
Is it OK to apply for ILR today ? 29/09/2019 - I will be also submitting my application and documents today.

2. You can apply for ILR no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the initial visa ISSUE date!!
