Refused dependents

Hi
My spouse was denied tier 2 dependents visa on account of presenting false evidence and given a 10 year ban we applied again and he was denied again. Now I have a 3 year old son that i would like to come and join me but he has also being refused twice because of his father how can i go about applying for my son please. Is it possible to get sole custody of him. Thank you

If you are married, it is unlikely you can have sole responsibility and child unlikely to get a visa without the other parent.

He denied some criminal convictions while in the uk as a student and he filled no conviction on the visa form so he has a 10 year ban now.

Not really. He should have been honest in declaring in the form.

Yes but my husband has being banned already now I just want to bring my child to stay with me because 10 years is a long time but because of the dependent clause my child is still in our home country.If he Grant's me sole custody of my child would that be okay so I can bring him in or how else can I bring my child in.
