6 months with same employer condition - UK spouse visa

How important is this to be met?

I'm with the company earning more than the required threshold or 18k something annul.
I have a higher pay offer at another company but I'm sticking with the current company because of this rule that i have to provide 6 months payslip and has to be from same employer.

My question is:

would it affect my application if i join another company and apply before 6 months with a new company? or say a month or two with the new company?

Almost everyone is in pursuit of higher pay so if the new pay is comparatively higher than before then simply join the new company and wait until you get the first month payslip. Then apply under category B by combining your 11 month of payslip with previous and 1 month with present employer. Also supply 12 months of corresponding bank statements.
