How long can I stay out of the UK on FLR visa?

Hello,

I would like to take this opportunity to say how beneficial this forum is. It provides an excellent platform for questions.

My wife arrived here on a spouse visa, she has just been granted her FLR-M- spouse visa extension.

My wife's mum is not well in pakistan, my wife was planning to go to pakistan for 4 months.

Will this cause an issue for her next visa application? What is the maximum time she can stay out of the country in one go?

Very sorry I think I may got mixed up

We are are applying under the 5 year route..
My wife got the first 2.5 visa granted

Now after 2.5 years we will apply indefinite leave...
So you are saying we can stay for 5 month and there will be no issues for indefinite leave application

Not sure what is unclear about my post?? There is NO absence limit for spouse settlement visas. The absence limit ONLY applies to Tier 1 or Tier 2 DEPENDENTS.
