Tier 2 Visa

Hi Guys,

I am working with my current employer as a accountant under tier 2 visa but due to Home office compliance visit their license is being suspended.My concerns is if i find new employer then my salary should be experience worker or new entrants?

As my visa started 23/04/19.I have only 6 months on this employment.
