10 years are complete but but still waiting the decision on 50k set O

I came to Uk in January 2010 and until now I never get refused for any visa , I start up with student visa , than PSW and later entrepreneur 50 K... All visas were successful... my last visa I.e entrepreneur (5years) was expired on 4August 2019 but I submitted my Set O application on 29July 2019. As Set O 50k entrepreneur application takes more than 6months and there is a possibility of further delay or an Interview which is bit scary and time consuming ...
My question is can I vary my application to ILR 10 year basis???? as my 10 years are completing in the first week of January 2020..
is this possible??
And if this possible than can I go for super priority service?????
If all yes than can I submit my 10year ILR super priority 28 days before my 10years complete??

But the have suspended super priority service at the moment.

If you have dependent then the clocks will reset for all your dependents means they need to spend another 5 years.

Better to wait as there is a possibility you can get a decision soon. I would atleast wait 6 months if not then you should be able to apply in 1st week of december or to be safe then 2nd week of december.

OMG , hopefully get the decision in 50K case, This 50k route is really painful
