ILR 10 year route, does switching visa from ICT to general reset the counter

Hi,

I am on Tier2 ICT visa filed in Mar 2011 and living in UK since May 2011. I am planning to switch to Tier 2 dependent visa, will it reset the counter for 10 year ILR route?
Also does it make any difference to switch from India or UK?

No.
Also does it make any difference to switch from India or UK?
No, provided you leave with a valid visa and return on another visa within 180 days.
