Need help to Invite my girlfriend

Hi some body can help me actully I want to sponsor my girlfriend first time we met 2 years ago in malaysia and second time again same place last year now we planing to meet here In the uk on Christmas and new year holidays my question is there is any chance to get her visit visa ?? I have indefinite leave to remain and my income is 14500 per annum and she is school teacher living with her family I'm fully sponsor her for accommodation food and every thing how many chances she will get visa and what type of documents she need.
