Hi there,
I've got another question about the spouse visa's 2 year co-living evidence. Would emails containing your correspondence address be counted towards evidence or it must be in paper forms?
Many thanks for answering!

No because they can be sent by anyone but e-bills/statements yes

So that means purchases from sites like Amazon and E-bay would count?
Also, My partner got some email with his correspondence address on from local library and uni, so would that count?
Many thanks for the reply!

No it won't be counted. However if the item on receiving has invoice on supplier's original letterhead then it will be accepted otherwise not same as said before. There are several other documents available even you are not paying bills. such as from NHS, DVLA, HMRC, banks, local council etc

Hi there,
Thanks for the helpful reply! I get it! Sorry to ask you another question! One of our previous letting agency is a student accommodation (we were with them about 2 yrs ago). I asked them to send a copy of our tenancy, and they refused said it is their GDPR law that they cannot give us a tenancy agreement. However, they gave each of us an individual a letter with their letterhead, contact info and signature saying we being living in that address for 2 yrs...so can this be used as a piece of evidence to prove our co-living? Many thanks for the reply!

Yes
Many thanks! So would this evidence alone proves a whole 2 year period, since my agent stated the start and end dates of our accommodation in the letter?
Sorry to bombard you with silly questions again...and thank you for the reply!

No. You will need 6 piece of documents if joint named or 12 (6 each person) in individual named from at least 3 sources covering the last 2 years.
