Previous refusal won't affect the outcome of spouse visa application if all the necessary documents have been supplied.MNJ wrote: ↑Mon Dec 16, 2019 12:22 pmhello,
I wanted to share my experience and seek any advice regarding my wife's spouse application.
1st application Refused - We applied a Marriage Visitor visa to the UK from Indonesia ( Mid Oct 2019)
We had a plan to get married in the UK, but my partner in Jakarta Indonesia. we did provide TB test and English A1 certificate and my partner mentioned that she planning to apply for a visa from the UK after arriving as marriage visitor and because she is not returning to her country, they refused. It was actually a silly mistake we did. if we didn't mention that and not attached English test decision would have been changed. they mentioned paragraph 4.2 and 6.1 appendix V
My question is seems like they were happy with other factors like especially relationship proofs - will they consider refusal letter references for other application when they consider Spouse visa application?
Then we change the plan and got legally married in Indonesia, we applied for a Spouse visa. We provided all relevant documentation, my income, accommodation, relationship proofs, marriage documents etc. Now we are on 3rd week of priority service application should decide any day.
generally, priority services should decide within 30 days. hopefully, we are expecting the results at any moment.
Cheers
MNJ
No, HO does not accept hard-copy docs again. If you have supplied all supporting documents through uploading via their partner I. E. VFS is all that is required.
