Please on the gov website they are saying that they need details about my parents's date of birth and nationality, does that mean that I need to include a document which proves that like copies of passeports or something like that ?? Thanks again.

Other than giving the applicant's/sponsor's parents details on the form none of their document is attached. You can read about the process from morroco from the link:

please I have a question about Council tax.

my husband is renting a room in a shared house, the landlord pays the council tax and it is on his name, so do I need to submit the council tax bill with accomdation documents even if it is on landlord's name ??

Council tax is not mandatory to attach. Tenancy agreement, landlord noc letter and house inspection report will be needed.
