Switch from Tier2 ICT Dependent Visa to Tier2 General

Hi,

Please can someone help with the following queries:
1)Is there any cool off period for Tier 2 ICT Dependent Visa holder if company is ready to sponser Tier 2 general visa?
2)If not what are the procedures to follow for switching from Tier 2 ICT Dependent to Tier 2General Visa?

2. Restricted CoS and apply from home country if you have an ho approved tier 2 sponsor and rlmt, if required, has been completed. HO cos request meeting is once a month for restricted cos, usually around the 13th.

You cannot switch within the UK to tier 2 general. You apply for entry clearance from abroad.
