Hello Everyone.
I have a question. I applied for naturalization last year and my application was approved and I was naturalized as a British citizen. All my documents were returned to me except my country of origin passport. Now I want to make an application for a British Passport and the Passport Office said they cannot process my application unless I submit my country of origin passport. However, the Home Office refuses to give me back my country of origin passport and without it I am unable to make a British Passport application. I have wrote to the Home Office explaining to them but to no avail. Has anyone experienced this and if so, how did you make a British Passport application without your country of origin passport?. Any help and advice is appreciated. Thank you.
