ILR query for dependents

Hi,

I'm not able to decide under which category should I apply for my dependents.

I came on tier 2 dependents and got my ILR in April 2019. After I got my IRL I applied for my daughters british passport and we got it, since she was born in UK and I had ILR.

For wife, should I apply as Tier 2 dependent or should I apply on my daughers dependent british status.
For my son (7 years old), he was born in India and has completed 5 years in UK. So for him should I apply ILR or is he eligible for british passport and naturalization?

Form SET(O) if your spouse and son hold PBS dependent visas.

Your some needs ilr before he can apply for citizenship when either parent also applies and the other parent has ilr.

should I apply on my daughers dependent british status.

There is no ilr route simply because you have a British child.

Hi,

While filling the form I came across the finance section so for my wife what should I enter
she has been self employed for last 2 years
Year 2018 -2019 (self employed) & during this year she started he own company as well
Year 2017-2018 (self employed)

Also - do I need to show my earnings as well?
We both have sufficient balances in our account - if it matters.

So now while filling her form what should I enter as her earnings- very confused.

can some expert in the form pleas advice?
