Change of sponsorship in tier 2 visa

Post by RRN » Mon Jan 13, 2020 6:59 pm

Hi all,
Could some one help me with the following doubts for an employer change in tier 2 general visa.
1) If I change my employer in one year of cos(granted for 3 years), should I have to pay again the visa application fees and health surcharge for the rest 2 years.Whether there will be a refund of the previous payment.
2) If I manage to change my visa, whether my dependents have to reapply for the visa and should pay health surch8as well.
3) As my job is included in the short occupied list ,the new employer is ready to pay the fees for my transition. Is it possible to state approximately the amount required for the whole processing.
Thanks and regards.

1. Yes you have to pay the both fed again. Unlikely you will get a refund as you were issued a visa for what you paid. Your choice to change sponsor, not HOs.

2. No they do not have to apply with you. uk-tier-2-employer-sponsored-visas/when ... 98586.html

3. It really depends on the service chosen. All fees are publicly available on ukvi and ukcvas websites.
