Hello Lindsay20,
NO , It is your Photo .if you read the guidance it's clearly said it is your own photos , you need to fill in the referees information on your naturalisation application when you fill in the form online. , and then attach your photo to each referee form and take them to your referees to sign and endorse the forms , write your name and date of birth on the back of the photos.

Thank you for replying really helped . So do I then take the forms with other documents to be checked or do I post them?

You scan and upload them with all your other documents. Nothing is posted to ho and ukcvas will not take them either.
