Query: Dependent visa application for T2 ICT COS start date is in future

Hello,

I am in UK currently and my dependents are in India. I had valid visa when I came here which was going to expire in March 2020 so I filed an extension with new COS starting in March. I want to apply now for dependent visa but will it start from Feb as the COS start date is from March?

It has data of issue from 15th January 2020. And I had a valid BRP till March 2020 which I am supposed to return now. Problem is my family did not have a visa until now. So they are applying fresh. If we apply the dependent visa now again IHS comes in picture. So should the IHS start from March as per the COS date or should it start from now in which case it is beyond 2 years?

IHS for your dependents would be based on the duration of their stay for which you are applying. It has no relevance to your COS
