Dear all,
The initial 2.5 years of my FLR(M) visa will lapse on the 9th of April 2020 and I intend to apply for the renewal in the second week of March. I have some pressing issues which I've detailed below:
1. So, my wife and I are employed and earn above the threshold income. However, she's on one-year maternity leave while I'm on employed on a contract that runs out in October. Can we (a.) use the payslips she obtained 6 months prior to her maternity leave or (b.) combine her payslips for 12 months with my 6-months payslips or (c.) just use my 6-months payslips. Please let me know which financial category the most suitable option will be.
2. Regarding the evidence of cohabitation, we moved into a new property just about a year ago and I'm struggling with arranging the documents (bills, statements etc) to fit in the 2-year span. We have joint bills from 3 sources but most of these were addressed to the previous address. In the past year, we have we've had bills in Feb/March, July and one each for the 31st of January and 1st of February. Firstly, Should these bills also meet the 28-day window? Secondly, some of these bills were issued online, is that acceptable.
Your honest opinions are highly welcome.
