Which are the application forms moving from Tier 2 to ILR for family dependents

Hello, I apologise if this question has been treated before here, I am kind of confused because I have read and come across so many posts and types of application forms and routes here that dependents of ILR holders have taken from FLR (M) to Set(o), Set (M) etc and am not sure which will now be relevant to my dependents.

I applied and received my ILR last December 2019 after 5 years of being on Tier 2 work visa. My spouse and dependents have been on PBS dependent visa all the while until now which will end 13th February 2020. So we are at the last minutes of sending in an application

Here is the scenario

My spouse and children have PBS dependent visa which started on 04/02/2015 and they arrived into UK 9th March 2015. Are they eligible now to apply for ILR? Is this from date of visa or date of entry into UK?

I already have my ILR since last December 2019. Which forms should they be using? Set (o) or Set (M) or FLR (M) There is too much confusion with form on the UKVI website.

They could have applied in January already, within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the initial visa start date.

They can only apply on SET O. Form set is does NOT apply to them.

Or FLR (M)

This is a 2.5 year spouse visa form and NOT a form for ilr.
