Hi CR001,
Thanks for your reply. I don't know how to create a new thread hence asked a generic question here. would you be able to answer the following, please?
I am ready for naturalization. I got my ILR (settled status) in April 2019 under EU SETTLEMENT SCHEME (Retain rights). the only questions I have is:
a) I was involved in shoplifting in 2010 and police were involved but I never got arrested but paid the fine £80. I didn't mention in my previous application when I was married to EU NATIONAL (received 5-year permit) AND RETAIN RIGHTS APPLICATION (Received 5-year biometric card for 5 years again) and everything was fine.
Do I need to mention this in my application?
b) I Received 6 points and £200 fine on my driving license in 2018 for using a mobile phone which I am declaring as its still valid on my license. but I also received 3 points and £100 fine for using mobile back in 2013 but they are off my license now.
so do I need to declare both points or just the last one?
Look forward to some help and advice
TIA
