Hi,

With the current news from Government that it will bear(reimburse) the salary of the employees about 80% of the salary in the current situation, I have the question below.

As I am in Tier 2 ICT and my wife is working as a part time employee. Her employer is ready to pay the 80% salary as per government rules even if she is not working.

Will this be considered as accessing 'PUBLIC FUNDS' as it is clearly mentioned as per our visa we shouldn't be taking any public funds.

Please let us know if we can take the salary or not.
