My dad came here as a student 10 years ago and brought me and my mum as dependants 2 years later. But because of financial issues, my dad wasn't able to extend our visa and resorted to overstaying. So, after about 7 years I applied for the Discretionary Leave to Remain and at first Home Office refused my application but the First-tier Tribunal Judge granted me visa. I got the letter for visa approval last month but because of the current situation with the pandemic and all, I'm sure it will take a bit to actually get my visa and passport. So, I'm curious as to what type of Visa I would get, from all the types of Visa I'm aware of its mostly just Work and Business (Tier 1,2,5), Student (Tier 4), Family and Refugee Visa. But I don't think my situation relates to any of those visas. So, what type would I get? Please reply, if you know anything about it. Thank you.
