Furlough on limited leave to remain

Post by Under25 » Fri Apr 17, 2020 11:11 am

Hi,

Hope everyone’s well and safe. Does anyone know the current situation about being furloughed while on limited leave to remain (private life) with recourse to public funds?

Will this fall under public funds and impact future extension applications?

That is a govt grant for businesses if they don't make redundant their staff. You will receive your 80% wages as normal which won't be counted as public fund.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
