VISA not processed from Last three months

Hi Guys,
Did anyone start getting visa applied long back in March, since visa center have started opennning up, I did applied from outside UK for Tier 2 general, all my details like start date and travel date are not relevant on my application now ! doest it make any diffrence now does someone got any cumminication in this regard.
only thing pending on my application was decision I did submit my application and biometric in March before center closure
