Tier2 - ICT Main to Tier2 - General Dependent

Hi,

I am currently in Tier2 - ICT main visa valid until 31 aug 2020. My spouse is in Tier2 General Visa.I would like to switch to Tier 2 - General Dependent now.
1. Am i allowed to Switch ( hope i can )
2. Shall i apply the application online now?
3. is Fast track available?
4. Should i book appointment ( in guide line shows if i biometrics already recorded no need to go to Appointment center)

5. Am i able to get appointment quickly ? did any one have booked the appointment recently ?

Yes.

You can apply at any point as long you still have a valid, current visa.

3. is Fast track available?

Not at the moment no. Priority and super priority service is currently suspended.

You will be emailed if you qualify for this. Not everyone is eligible.

5. Am i able to get appointment quickly ? did any one have booked the appointment recently ?

There is a backlog, so you likely won't get a quick appointment and will join the queue of those still waiting who applied a couple of months ago.
