EEA Family Permit - possibility of refusal?

Hi all,

Have a question about the EEA Family Permit. I opted for keep my passport option at VAC and now they are inviting me to submit my passport.

How likely is it then that the decision is positive is they are inviting me to submit? I am in another country now and don't want to travel to only find out I was refused. I haven't received any refusal letters, but who knows.. :?

Has it ever happened that you submit a passport and then they refuse the permit?

Where exactly did you apply??

Your previous posts states you are in the UK through the Surinder Singh Route??
