Dependent visa application help

Hi Everyone.
I would like to get your advice on the dependent application for my wife and children. I have ILR on a long residency route.
after I have completed my application, I was redirected to IHS payments. They have asked the details of my wife and auto-select the visa route to (settlement) and visa type (to wife). Then it says that I have to put details of the person who are you joining in the UK which is me (I am the sponsor). Here they have asked for visa route and visa type.
I am confused with the option here to select. There is an option to select which says visa route tier 1 general and visa type tier 1 general dependents only.
2nd option is visa route settlement and visa type wife.
I am confused which one the the correct one.
Please help me with this.

You are filling the application on behalf of your wife so if you can answer it as if it's the wife doing so the question will make more sense and hence easier to fill by you.
