Tier 2 dependent vignette

Hi all,

I am applying for tier 2 visa from outside UK.. My employer is ready to pay for my partner and dependents. However, my partner and dependents cannot travel in the next 9 months so I have to take a lead. If the visa is approved I understand they Will provide a vignette for 30 days. However, as my family can't travel in the 30 days is it still possible to include them in the application or I have to apply for them at a latter date?

You cannot apply if the travel date is more than 3 months in the future. I suggest wait till they are ready and apply closer to their intended travel date.
