Dependant: new born visa approved but

Hello

My new born child approved visa and I received email from them and mentioned they will deliver the bio-metric card within 10 days which suppose to be around 25/9/2020 but I havnt received. There was once some courier company has attempted to deliver but I wasn’t at home also that delivery guy didn’t left any note or card nor tried to redeliver the bio-metric card.

I have sent few enquires for not arrived BRP but never received any reply from them even though they have stated they will reply of the query within maximum 5 working days

My question is:

Which company do they deliver the BRO with at the moment ?

Or
Will it a good idea to write them by post as they aren’t bother reply for the enquiry forms.

BRPs are delivered by secure post DX Delivery. If they miss you, the contact you for redelivery

Hi

I have contacted them couple of times for the order but they said they don’t have any parcel for our address. When I email them for the query and mentioned that the parcel is from home office they replied me by email that they don’t do delivery for home office anymore.

TNT does the brp deliveries. Many are experiencing delays in getting their brps.
