How to apply for Indefinite leave to remain

Post by Fariduk » Wed Oct 21, 2020 8:22 am

Hi There,

I would like to give me an advice about my case. I am married with EEA family member for nearly 5 years( this Fabrary 25th.02.2021 It will be 5 years) I have applied for Indefinite remain to leave on April 2020 submitted online application.
On this October i had an email from the emigration they were asking for more evidence and to give them a call ( when I called them they required to send my passport online which I've done in the first time and they told me to apply for pre-Setlment before 01/2021 then apply for settlement once I reach 5 years of marriage which means 25th of Fabrary 2021) then I had a call from them they told me to do paper form application because my wife got British aswell.
My question is is that normal to do paper application form instead of the online one. When I got married I applied with my wife European passport .
Thank you

What form did you fill in when you applied in April for indefinite leave to remain?

What is your full immigration history?
Char (CR001 not Casa)
