Post by sam1519 » Mon Nov 23, 2020 6:08 pm

Hope everyone is well and safe. i have just received my positive nationality decision. have couple of questions they might have discussed before as well, so apologies in advance.

1. Do I have to send my BRP( Indefinite) back, in 5 days.

2. if answer to above is yes, than i am planning to travel around 06th December, how can i travel with out having BRP.

i will really appreciate if someone can provide some info.

thank you for your time.

1. Within 5 days AFTER you have attended your ceremony. You are not British until you have attended your ceremony.

2. Until you have attended your ceremony and received your certificate, you are only an ILR holder and not British. You can't travel and return if you do not have a brp before your ceremony.
