English Language requirement for new PBS system for ones switiching from Tier 2 ICT

Hi gurus and admins, hope you are all good.

Like many others I have a question regarding the new PBS system (Skilled Worker category).

Am in the UK from last 5 years on ICT, visa ending in February 2021 and fortunately this new PBS system has come so will be able to switch to that.

My question was regarding the English language requirement and is me being here on ICT is enough to get those 10 points for English language requirements please?

I am an engineer (like most others) and my degree was taught in English and I have the degree printed in English as well, at the time of getting the ICT visa I submitted my degree which is printed in English and the application was successful. Is this enough or I need something else (like a IELTS etc.) to switch to PBS now please?

Any help will be appreciated, many thanks in advance.

Thank you seagul for your prompt response, am assuming the current Tier 2 General will now change to the 'Skilled Worker' PBS route and rules mentioned in it will remian the same?

If yes, how do I know if my degree qualifies for the requirement as according to this document I didnt need one for ICT, I know it was english medium and degree is printed in English too but is there a way to check/prove it is all good for it please?

More elaborative guidance will certainly be released very soon over it. But usually an overseas degree is near to nothing without being assessed through NARIC which might not be the case during the time when had obtained your ICT because an online qualification calculator was in place.
