Live-in partner visa query

hi folks,

For last 2 years, I've been living with my partner who is a UK citizens by birth. He used to be married but has been separated from his ex partners for about 3 years now. His civil partnership however was officially disolved last year, that is 1 year after I moved in with him. Although we've been living together in a relationship akin to marriage for last 2 years, his previous civil partnership only officially ended last year. Based on this, can I apply gor an unmarried partner visa?

What eveidence do you have of joint financial committments and living together in both your names?

Currently I'm in a tier 2 ICT visa.
We've 2 council tax bills for last 2 years on our names together.
He recently put me in thames water account too but that's not for entire 2 years.
I've monthly credit card statements to my sole account. I can also prove that I've been contributing towards monthly expenses by bank transfer to him every month.
