Mother and child travelling to India with different visa

Post by rahulanddeekshu » Mon Feb 08, 2021 2:37 pm

Hello all,

My partner and my child are travelling to India by mid-march and returning by early April but my partner and child has different visas.

My partner has an ILR valid from 07/09/2020 and my child is still in PBS dependent visa valid until 26 April 2021 and we are yet to apply for our child's naturalization.

Will be it ok for my child to enter UK with a valid PBS dependent visa but father and mother has different visa i.e. ILR ?

Please let me know

Thank you in advance

No issue, provided the parents got ilr based on 5 uear PBS route and no 10 years long residence.
