ILR Application For Child Under Tier 2 Dependent.

Dear Friends help will be appreciated
I Got My ILR Through Tier 2 work Permit on 2015 May and got British Citizenship on 2016 December. i have one son who is British citizen by Birth.He born in uk on 2015 September.

when i was in Tier 2 work Permit i brought my wife and Daughter together From Asian Country under Tier 2 Dependent in 2014 September. since that time they are still in Tier 2 Dependent visa. Now visa is going to expire in June This year.

My wife is Struggling to pass her english test and Life in the uk. i Think until she Pass Her Test she is Unable to apply for ILR.

My Question Is.

Can I apply ILR For My Daughter only ? As she is in Tier 2 Dependent for almost 6 plus years.If My wife didn't pass the Test? or both of them have to Apply at the Same Time?

No you cannot.

If My wife didn't pass the Test? or both of them have to Apply at the Same Time?

If your wife doesn't pass the test, they will both have to apply for an extension, which is for 3 years. If she passed the test, they can both apply for ilr at the same time.
