Newly Married - Spouse Visa

Post by saurdevelop » Mon Aug 09, 2021 7:05 am

Hi Guys

So I, a British Citizen, have married someone in India recently. I am still in India at the moment. I am now looking to apply for a Spouse Visa for my Mrs. I have been on a local holiday in India with my wife and plan to include photos from that trip along with hotel bill and flight tickets. Also I will include some photos of us out and about.

Currently I am living in the UK with my parents and brother. We have sufficient space in the house to accomdate my wife.

I have a few things I needed help with....

What is the Cover Letter that I and my Mrs needs to give as part of the document?

What is the Letter from employer?

I get all my bank statements/payslips online, can I just print those off and submit them as part of the evidence or do I need to get these printed by the banks/employer?

What do I include in the landlord letter?

What is a Property Inspection Report?

I dont have any utility bills on my name at the house, do I include my fathers?

Also I can stay in India for another 2 weeks so I was wondering if its better to apply with my Mrs in India whilst I am here?

I have read other articles online etc but I feel i would get better information from people who have went through this themseleves. I would really appreciate any info you can provide.

Here are some links I used. Read them completely and come to grips with all the requirements.

These guys will give you 30 mins free of questions. Use them wisely. I suggest you read every link above (which is what I did) and clarify what you need. If there are any unanswered questions, call them. Third party weblink removed by moderator

Good luck.
