I have just received a Citizenship Ceremony invitation (yay!). First of all, thank you, Immigrationboards moderators and users, for helping with the questions and providing the timelines! I have found this forum very useful!
I still have some questions though
.I am moving house in a month. In my citizenship application I have specified my soon-to-be-old council. They have the slots for the Citizenship Ceremony within the next month. So it's still enough time for me to get the Citizenship Certificate.
But I suspect it's not enough to get a passport. I was wondering:
1) Is the Citizenship Certificate tied to my current address in some shape or form? In other words will I have to change it because of the address change when I move?
2) While applying for the passport can I just specify my new address instead of the old one?
3) (standalone question) Applying for passport can be done online, right? Do I need to send any paper documents to the HMPO? From https://www.gov.uk/apply-first-adult-pa ... ply-online it sounds like they need my non-UK passport to be sent by post? Is that right?
