urgent need some information about my spouse ILR application

Dear Gurus,

My spouse entered in the uk in March 2014 as my dependent PSW visa.
My spouse Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa granted as dependent on 25.09.2017
My spouse Tier 1 Entrepreneur extension granted on 17.12.2019 which is valid till 17.12.2021

Myself granted ILR on ten year route on 12.01.2020

But my spouse is still on as dependent Tier 1 Entrepreneur which is valid till 17.12.2021

My question is that can my spouse apply or eligible for ILR on 5 years basis as dependent Tier 1 Entrepreneur??

No they can't because you got ilr based in 10 years long residence and not 5 years tier 1.

Your spouse has no option but to switch to FLR M spouse visa and meet the £18,600pa financial requirement and English requirment.

Their 5 year ilr clock will be set to zero.

If the meet all the requirements in 2024, they can apply for ilr based on 10 years long residence.

in this scenario i can not fulfillment requirement for income £18600 as i am on low income since covid started and lost job.

Furthermore,I got British nationality and my kids too.

So can i go for FLR(FP) ?
if yes then on which basis/grounds /category would be then please?
