Fiance to Spouse Visa items of correspondence

Post by Robit » Mon Nov 22, 2021 2:11 pm

So we're finally through the fiance visa stage, married and just about ready to submit our FLR(M) application! I've read through a few threads here, but with the application being used for multiple purposes it's still quite confusing to get through.

We used migrate for the fiance visa, which we can't really afford this time around, so just wanted to check if we had everything in place. At the moment the documents we have are:
  • Marriage Certificate
Letter from Housing association confirming rent, how long I've been here and wife as a household member. They list her as a household member only since the marriage date, not when she arrived, however.
    English certificate
    6 Signed and dated payslips.
    Employer letter.
    Letter confirming payslips
    Job Contract.
10 pictures of us throughout the relationship.
6 month Bank statement stamped in branch.
    Cover letters for both.
    Her passport, full scan.
Scan of my passport, just my details page.
The big question is that we don't have any items of correspondence addressed to us both. Just a letter from the housing association confirming she is listed as a household member and has been from the date of our marriage. Is this ok?

This is OK, you are switching to spouse visa from fiance so items of correspondence not a matter.

10 pictures of us throughout the relationship.
Cover letters for both.
These are not required.
