Spouse Visa - Documents needed for travel

My wife and I are planning a trip abroad and was wondering what documents we need while travelling to make sure she can leave / return to the UK without issue.

As I understand, she just needs her foreign passport and BRP card to re-enter the UK? Or is there anything else we need?
