I'm sorry this has happened to her but I don't think there is much you or she can do to be honest. The positive side is that now she is aware this can happen and next time she can be prepared. This probably won't be systematic, but if it does happen again, now she knows there is nothing to worry about as long as she answers calmly and truthfully, Make sure she knows the background, and she will be fine.Pudsey123 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 02, 2022 3:28 pmHi Vinny,
Many thanks for your kind reply much appreciated. This is more like traumatised someone as you stated. How can people allow this practice to be carried out. Can she sue them as this experience may stay her fir the rest of her life as the way she was crying is very heartfelt. Please share your opinion with many thanks.
Similarly, strip searching children also happens. Is this sanctioned child abuse?
Were your daughter and other family members included in your asylum application?
