Hi it has been three weeks my wife received British passport but we still haven't received her naturalization certificate back by post I was thinking may be delayed due to Christmas holidays but it's too late now
Where should I contact either email or call can someone share contact details thanks

Their are delays due to Bank Holidays and postal strikes.

Same here, received passport on the 15th Dec, still no sign of the documents
