Time in UK eligibility for ILR

Good Day,

I entered UK on March 2018 on dependent visa as my wife is a British citizen and i was holding dependent visa until June 2021 and after that i had switched my visa to Sponsorship till date due to some personal family issues but we are still live together. Next month i would be completing my 5 years tenure in UK and i am planning to apply for ILR.

Can you please confirm if my stay as a dependent visa from 2018 to 2021 June will be considered for ILR with addition to the current tenure of my sponsorship visa ?

Dependent Visa: March 2018 to June 2021 (3 Years) Approx
Sponsorship Visa: June 2021 to till date (2 years) Approx

You do not qualify for ILR yet. If you apply, it will be refused.

No. You cannot combined your spouse visa time with your skilled visa time to make up 5 years for ILR. You will have to wait until you have held a Skilled worker visa for 5 years before you can apply for ILR. When you switched visa category, your 5 year ILR clock reset to zero.
